Rwanda previously faced a shortage of quality potato seeds. To address this, Horizon SOPYRWA invested in potato seed multiplication, acquiring a greenhouse to produce various seed types. Since 2018, we have steadily improved potato quality, disease-free mother plants, and healthy seedlings. Through this, Horizon SOPYRWA has gained expertise in seed multiplication and contributed to food security in Rwanda. The company remains a leading provider with the capacity and commitment to support increased agricultural productivity and growth in the industry.
